Assistant Restaurant Manager Jobs

Description

To assist the Restaurant Manager plan, organize, direct and control the daily operations of our 3 Restaurants and 2 Bars: the newly renovated Riverview Restaurant & the Mahogany Fine Dining Restaurant, Starlite lounge & Main Lounge Bar. In the absence of the Manager, to be responsible for all aspects of the operations of the restaurants ensuring constant implementation of polices and procedures in a safe, clean environment.

Hours

Approx. 40+ hours per week. Shifts include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Post secondary education in the hospitality field and/or 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity. Smart Serve intervention certificate. Customer service orientated. Must be able to multi-task. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
