This position will allow the successful candidate the chance to work with a small but highly professional team of Planners and flours within the company!

You Will

Assist with planning applications

Help the team with planning projects from proposal all the way though to completion

Assist with site appraisals and accompany more senior members of the team on site visits

Projects across sectors such as: urban design, regeneration, strategic planning & land development, residential & neighbourhood developments

Develop strong relationships with clients and the other members of the team

To apply for this role candidates will need to demonstrate the following:

A degree in Planning or a relevant discipline - must be a degree that allows you to pursue the RTPI chartership route

A driving licence is essential due to the rural location f the office

Commercial planning experience is desirable but not essential for this role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have good time keeping skills and the ability to produce high-quality work - sometimes whilst under time related deadlines etc
