We are seeking a talented Algorithm Developer to join our dynamic team at SynaxLABS. As an Algorithm Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing algorithms that power our AI-driven solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in AI technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient algorithms for data analysis, machine learning, and pattern recognition.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in algorithmic techniques and apply them to enhance our solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and researchers to design algorithms that solve complex problems.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure algorithmic integrity and reliability.
- Document algorithm design, development, and evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and mathematical modeling.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
