Admission Counselor Jobs

:

• Participate in campaign strategies as proposed by management
• Observe and adhere to all company policies and best practices
• Generates leads for prospective candidates at every opportunity.
• Takes ownership of leads until every measure has been made to convert them into appointments, then enrollments, then actual admissions
• Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
• Markets the company at every possible opportunity by attending events such as trade shows, college events, Universities, and High School fairs.
• Education industry experience is preferred
• Strong closing experience
• Responds to leads as quickly as possible, make cold calls, outbound follow-up, and confirmation calls to prospective candidates.
• Provide program information, routine guidance, and assistance to the potential students on matters related to the admission process
• As an Admission Counselor, you Recruit qualified students for the IT, Business, and Healthcare programs in a compliant, appropriate, and professional manner

Qualification:

• Multi-Lingual (preferablyArabic, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and others)
• Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure. Ambitious and results-orientated.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Student recruiting experience for business, health, and the IT industry is highly desirable
• Minimum 3+ years of experience
