The Administrator, Government Grants will be responsible for researching and preparing hiring grant funding applications for clients and assisting with compliance and reporting processes following application approvals. This will also include researching appropriate grants for client human resources planning initiatives, monitoring deliverables and updating the Firm’s program knowledge and systems. The Administrator will directly work with clients and communicate with government funding agency representatives to research new and existing programs and provide status updates to the team. The position will demand attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a variety of disciplines, including Business/Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities, Human Resources, Accounting, or Science is required. 1+ years of experience in industry is not required but would be considered an asset.
Attributes Required
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research; able to navigate new technology.
Certificates And Licenses
Valid driver’s license required.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Client Management: Directly communicate with clients to gather information necessary to support application preparation
- Application management and follow-up with Clients, program authorities, and program portals/websites
- Application Submission: Submit applications through online program submission portals/websites
- Program Development: Research through a variety of online sources to determine appropriate funding program opportunities for clients across various industries
- Application Preparation/Writing: Preparing hiring grant applications for manager and client review
- Systemization/Document Management: Organize all documentation, including program documentation and client files, to maintain the integrity and consistency of the internal file management system
- Compliance: Assist with the compliance and reporting requirements post grant approval
- Administrative Support: Manage Salesforce and other systems to support recordkeeping and reporting to Managers
- Internal & External Meetings: Meeting prep and facilitation for client meetings and team meetings
