Job Description
Do you have previous administrative or office experience and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Have you worked in the logistics/transportation industry before?
We are looking for an Administrative Clerk for our client, a large transport company located in Woodstock, ON. The ideal candidate must have a “can-do” attitude with excellent multitasking, computer and dispatch skills.
  • Please note the location is not transit accessible and candidates would need their own vehicle to reach the site daily.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll experience an asset
  • Monitor and follow up with emails as required
  • Tracking and updating system information on shipments and deliveries
  • Assisting in terminal with scanning
  • Administrative duties (filing, data entry, spreadsheets , fielding phone calls and providing assistance to outside agents and terminals when necessary)
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, ability to multi-task and great communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Experienced with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • 1-3 years administrative or office experience working in a comparable setting
