- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in computer use with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and email required.
- A satisfactory employment record is required.
- Knowledge of ESP, SAP, and Novari preferred.
- Three years related administrative experience, preferably in a hospital or other health care setting.
- Minimum Grade XII in combination with a certificate or diploma from a recognized Secretarial/Administrative Assistant program. Courses in Administration or Office Management are preferred.
- It is recommended that, at minimum, staff possess the Family & Friends category of CPR training.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.

- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
