What You Will Be Doing

• Preparing and processing multi-currency cheques
• Accurately and timely reviewing high volume of multi-currency order confirmations and invoices; performing checks and balances; ensuring proper GL coding of transactions.
• Ensuring orders are accurate and assigned to correct customer and work order; updating all notes to track orders to the correct job
• Assisting Administrators, Sales, Managers as required; generating reports; performing routine administrative tasks.
• Checking vendor statements and answering vendor inquiries.

Qualifications Needed
Experience: 2-3 years related experience required; experience with Multi Site processing preferred; agriculture Industry knowledge considered an asset.
Education: Post-secondary education in Finance/Accounting is preferred.
