Your days will include:

  • Data entry for Accounting Department
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Scanning and online filing
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and process daily cash receipts and deposits

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Great Plains experience is considered an asset
  • Experience in an accounting and administrative capacity.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills with accounting & MS software.
