Account Coordinator Position Summary

Nutrablend Foods is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Customer Success team in optimizing customer experience and operational efficiency throughout the customer buying journey. The successful candidate is a self-starter with a data-driven mindset who will be responsible for managing communication with customers to support order fulfillment—from onboarding new accounts, ensuring retention, and growing existing accounts through exceptional customer service.

Account Coordinator Essential Functions

• Complaint entries on SmartSheet upon receipt.
• Order confirmations upon receipt of new orders.
• Complete a weekly production report for deliveries on completed production on SmartSheet and monthly reports to be sent electronically.
• Send spec change form requests to quality; send artwork and label verification requests to Quality.
• Advise internal groups for receiving POS, packing list and ETA of CSP for incoming packaging.
• Process packaging reports on a weekly/monthly basis and at times, may vary on frequency for other customers based on order activity and/or upon request.
• Processing goods receipts upon receipt of packaging for specific customers/clients.
• Open order report on weekly basis and may vary based on order activity/upon request.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Education Requirement

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field an asset

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
• Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
• Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
• Experience with ERP (SAP experience preferred) and CRM (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
