We are Teens Learn to Drive, a nonprofit organization

Tasks include but are not limited to:

2+ years experience shooting Real Estate, weddings, events (corporate or private), portraits, etc

Technical knowledge of Photography (composition, exposure and bracketing)

Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere & After Effects

Exhibit abilities to take an organized approach to setting priorities and achieving objectives

Demonstrate organizational and problem-solving skills

Acknowledges, evaluates, prioritizes, and appropriately takes action all tasks and messages

At least one year of experience in product videography and photography.

Excellent English communication and writing skills.

AT CRAFTOP WE ARE LOOKING FOR A VIDEOGRAPHER TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

Film product promos and trailers listed by the company.

Planning and coordinating video shoots.

Directing and producing video shoots, including setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Videography at events and programs

Work with the creative team to develop the concept, plan, shoot and edit a video from start to finish

Create storyboards for video ideas

Creatively editing video footage for good storytelling

Creating promotional, animation and highlight videos that are optimized for social media

Taking content from recorded conversations and editing it into bite-size information that is optimized for social media platforms

Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop content that aligns with each manufacturer’s visual identity

Proven experience in photography, videography, and content creation

Knowledge of automotive industry trends and familiarity with different brands

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Plan and execute photo and video shoots, from production to editing

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Ensure seamless event execution on the day of the wedding, including vendor coordination, timeline management, and troubleshooting any issues that arise

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field preferred

Develop and manage comprehensive wedding timelines, budgets, and checklists

Manage and reconcile wedding budgets, ensuring that expenses remain within budget constraints

Minimum of 3 years of experience in destination wedding planning or event planning. Wedding-related experience is an asset but not required.
