The #1 Real Estate Team in the Fraser Valley is growing and providing opportunities for our community. We are looking for an experienced Photographer/Videographer to photograph and film homes, agents, blogs, etc. in Metro Vancouver & surrounding areas.
Experience:
- 2+ years experience shooting Real Estate, weddings, events (corporate or private), portraits, etc
- Technical knowledge of Photography (composition, exposure and bracketing)
Responsibilities:
- Meet deadlines on editing projects, work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Shoot photos & videos (including drone videos/drone license required)
- Edit photos & videos
- Help with setup and aid at team events
- Complete 3D Matterport scans (will provide training on this)
- Communicate with clients and team members
- Assist with our marketing team when required
- Assist team members and team leaders when required
Equipment / Tools:
- Must have own camera, lenses, etc (we can help you out if you are the right candidate)
- Driver’s license: British Columbia Class 5 License with clean driving record and reliable vehicle (required)

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to learning so they can deliver effective solutions to problems. They will be self-motivated and reliable.
Job Knowledge Skills:
- Ability to operate several messaging systems and computer programs at once while completing tasks in the field
- Exhibit abilities to take an organized approach to setting priorities and achieving objectives
- Prioritized requests for action and utilize appropriate team resources
- Be able to effortlessly update team members on the status of requested actions
- Detail-oriented and exhibit follow-through
- Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere & After Effects
Decision Making, Judgment, Composure and Prioritization Skills:
- Maintain accurate records and notes, include any pertinent information related to a call, message or task
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously, deal with interruptions and handle difficult situations under pressure
- Demonstrate organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain self-control during peak periods is essential
- Ability to exercise initiative and judgment as well as make decisions within the scope of assigned authority
- Gather necessary information to act on tasks
Customer Service and Interpersonal Relations Skills:
- Ability and desire to provide a high level of customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, including the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, inspire trust, relate easily to team members at all levels, and work effectively with people
- Supportive interaction with team members to maintain a professional working environment
- Possess and maintains the ability to provide excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate, interact and provide support to the general public, clients, other Realtors, and any other support personnel
- Acknowledges, evaluates, prioritizes, and appropriately takes action all tasks and messages
Administrative Support Skills:
- Familiar with Slack, Google Suite and Zoom
- Ability to multi-task in a field environment with multiple personnel and distractions
- Maintain and update files, tasks and messages
