Efficient organizational and time management skills

For identified roles build and maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates ready to be interviewed by hiring managers

Offer a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Build and manage requisitions as per our process in the applicant tracking system (ATS): Taleo

Screen resumes and perform phone interviews to build a short list of qualified candidates to be evaluated by hiring managers

Minimum of four years of experience in full cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment

Lead the recruitment processes from sourcing to offer on a variety of assigned positions in a thriving, growing organization

Maintain a seamless process in selection, including candidate screening, interview and offer

Lead and coordinate interview processes that maximize efficiencies, establishes accountabilities, and enables successful hiring

Partner with human resources and business leaders to foster an extraordinary candidate experience and meet overall talent acquisition and business objectives

Ensure compliance within the hiring practices to meet all state and federal employment regulations and laws

Initiate the background screening process for all candidates and conduct professional license verifications

Seven (7) or more years of experience in project/program management, with at least two (2) years on complex / major projects

Staffing and Team Management in consultation with the steering committee and resource managers.

Ability to understand stakeholder needs, navigate seemingly-conflicting requirements, and manage expectations

Governance, Organization, R&R, Benefits, Scope, Stakeholders, Communications, Approach, Risks, Budget, Financial Forecast, Schedule, etc.

Establish and implement a benefit measurement process, start measuring early benefits and transfer this practice to a permanent CBC/Radio-Canada committee.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training

Experience recruiting Human Resources, Legal, and Finance in a similar industry

Passion for improving the customer experience for hiring managers, candidates, and new hires

Build strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs and goals.

Identify and screen top talent to recommend to hiring managers.

Ensure hiring manager and interview team preparedness to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.

O Recommend and implement projects/programs to ensure that legal and regulatory requirements are proactively managed (SOC, PCI, CASL, Privacy, etc.)

Strong financial management acumen; ability to navigate through complex financial models to maximize results

Support the implementation and management of financial / forecast and production data systems;

-FP&A experience or accounting firm background

-Strong Excel and presentation skills

Produce forecast / budget information

Analyze, explain and summarize budget variances; Make recommendations and follow-up items;

Business case analysis on new business lines, and other corporate strategy analysis
