Project management and process improvement experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

A passion for Cloud technology and infrastructure. We use Google Cloud Platform, but AWS or Azure experience is also appreciated.

You have 2+ years SaaS sales experience (SaaS experience is non-negotiable)

You have strong business acumen and experience driving deals forward

Convert inbound leads into opportunities

Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships

Present our tech to prospective clients

Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs

Strong analytical skills and experience working with data

Analyze customer data and work with front-line staff to identify areas for improvement and manage small enhancements

Create and maintain detailed product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS product environment

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to key stakeholders

Experience with agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes

Have prior experience in a sales, operations, account management, or similar position

Collaborate with Client Success, Product and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience to customers

Sell strategically by identifying a customer’s challenges and solving them with our unique product offerings

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

100% remote work environment, with the opportunity to travel throughout the US

Research and ask questions to learn as much as possible about potential customers

· Sound knowledge and experience in business analysis methodology, project execution and business process management

· Experience with business intelligence & analytics, data management

· Knowledge and experience with large scale multifunctional IT implementation initiatives.

· Work across various business capabilities while depicting relationships between the business outcomes and various system components.

· Responsible for requirements elicitation and analysis for complex business transformation initiatives.

· Prepare Business Requirements Documents, including functional/non-functional requirements.
