Financial Management and Property Management

The education. You have post-secondary education in human services, employment counseling, non-profit sector management, or a related discipline.

Apply the principles of outcome-based program management generally used in the private sector to manage a public-sector operation.

Regional responsibility for Property Management and facility issues, and managing company assets

Exposure to Asana (project management software) and Salesforce (CRM) is considered a strong asset.

Proficient credit skills with a minimum of 6 years commercial mortgage experience as an analyst, account manager or underwriter

Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities

Responsible for time management of their deal flow in order to meet prescribed deadlines with the underwriting team.

Experience with institutional construction lending

Sound knowledge of secured lending and factors affecting the commercial mortgage market both regulatory and macro-economic level

Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Regularly examines operational measures and KPIs to look for opportunities to improve safety, quality, customer satisfaction, team development and cost management.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a combination of education and relevant experience

Experience in managing, mentoring, coaching and developing employees and promoting business growth within the organization.

Experience in developing a strategic plan for operational functions and an ability to clearly articulate the vision.

Experience as a change sponsor building high-performing teams in complex and rapidly changing environments.

A minimum of 5 years' related experience

Proven leadership and organizational skills, state required license/certification for operating an Assisted Living/Memory Care community is desired.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience in staffing, leading, developing, and retaining a strong resident care team.

Manage and coordinate the work of all nursing and care staff, communicating pertinent resident health and safety information.

Must remain flexible and have the ability to work weekends as Manager on Duty, when necessary.

Offers proactive solutions to problems and circumstances in keeping with the company vision, values, policies and standards

Proven experience in leadership, development and retention of staff.

Knowledge of management and operation of recreation facilities and equipment;

Post-secondary diploma or specialized training related to business, economic development or recreation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to teach, train, and lead physically active programs and activities, including specialized training to offer programming (e.g.: fitness certifications).

2+ years of related working experience

Considerable knowledge in developing and administering recreation and youth programs and working knowledge of the rules of a variety of sports;

Experience working with a municipality is preferred
