To work with Asset Management on the implementation of approved business plans.

Post-secondary education in a related field such as Business or Healthcare.

Previous experience as a senior executive in the LTC Sector

Must have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills

Collaborate with finance and upper management in establishing and updating the budget and forecast;

Optimize the inventory management and implement appropriate inventory management control systems with the accounting team as needed;

Manage relationships and communications with MD’s in collaboration with the upper management;

University degree in management, administration or relevant field.

Manage suppliers’ relationships at the local level;

Manage weekly sales and performance of each clinic under your supervision and explain any variances;

Demonstrated experience with WSIB management and other aspect of Occupational Health and Safety

Leads in the coordination and implementation of best practice and risk management initiatives related to resident care

Previous similar experience in long-term care an asset, with comprehensive knowledge of duties

Effectively manages utilization of nursing supplies

Experience with falls and harm reduction strategies an asset

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and comprehension skills

• Knowledge of OHRC and AODA legislation and experience addressing complex accessibility needs within an educational setting.

• Organizational, time management, priority setting skills.

• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Budget Display, Excel, and electronic case management.

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

• Oral and written communication skills - public speaking

• Training in alternative dispute resolution.

The education. You have post-secondary education in human services, employment counseling, non-profit sector management, or a related discipline.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, crisis management, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills

Apply the principles of program and project management generally used in the private sector to manage an entrepreneurial non-profit operation.

Regional responsibility for Property Management and facility issues

Flexibility to work after hours to attend community events, board meetings, or property management issues.
