Leading and implementing a sales and service strategy including customized programs, benefits, and special services for premium accounts.

Possessing outstanding verbal and creative written communications skills, with an eye for detail.

Having strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster and maintain relationships through all customer touch points.

Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability

Managing all corporate suite renewals, new prospecting, and sales.

Continually develop new and innovative experiences and events.

Responsible for the preparation of meeting room contracts for external clients. Ensuring contracts are properly signed and acknowledged by all parties.

Circulate game day menus to clients, manage guest lists and special requests.

Provide support and assistance to the premium experiences team

Manager on Duty as required, on a rotational basis

Responsible for recommending changes in basic structure and organization of the premium experience group to ensure objectives are met

Sound knowledge of digital banking and technical skills in wealth management

Develop existing customer relationships through active management of portfolios, ensuring solutions continually meet customer’s needs

Attract new customers through referrals, promoting products and service offerings that match their financial needs

Act as a Brand Ambassador for HSBC Bank Canada, delivering exceptional customer experiences

2 years of proven experience in a customer facing role in the banking industry

Previous Retail or Restaurant experience preferred

Experience: 1 year retail or sales specific management experience

Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinating labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries.

Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision for the store and cascade to team members.

Plan and prepare weekly team member schedule according to labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal guest experience that values guests’ time and supports store operations.

Leadership role indirectly responsible for subset of store employees as delegated by Store Manager

Assist with VIP experiences on game nights.

Strong communications and research skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Coordinate the ticket delivery and processing for multiple Premium client accounts.

Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of client events.

Assist coordinators with maintaining and coordinating key client files, correspondence, contact lists and client database.
