Conduct regular inspections of the production facility to ensure that all manufacturing processes are following industry regulations and company standards.

Experience working with Quality Systems including but not limited to: Document Management Systems, Change Control System, and Quality Management System.

Support the administration and training initiatives on Quality Management Systems, including document and risk management processes.

Support Quality team in the management and maintenance of division wide Document Management System (DMS)

Manage document repository access rights.

Monitor Health Canada regulatory and quality requirements and proactively adapt the internal processes to meet the changing requirements.

Professional degree and/or advanced background in Health discipline and/or Quality Certification.

High School Diploma or equivalent; Food Safety Manager certification is a strong plus

Strong PC skills including applied knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Products

Reviews store health requirements to ensure they are being met; addresses all critical violations immediately.

2+ years of experience in a food service environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Above average problem solving and analytical skills

Assist the machine learning team in data processing and management.

· 1 year+ experience managing and testing a number of different software products.

· 1 year+ experience with Windows Desktop, web application testing.

· Strong organization skills and an appreciation for documentation.

Work with our Quality Assurance team on evolving our internal QA software testing processes.

Test desktop and web application software on a variety of platforms.

Experience with using defect management tools for QA/QC work such as Rational Team

Demonstrated 1-2 years of manual QA testing experience.

Demonstrated experience with documenting in detail the UAT artifacts, test cases, and execution findings.

Demonstrated experience with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

You are customer-centric in all things you do. Including building strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Impeccable communication skills which include interacting with people across all levels, being adept in business writing, and being detailed in note-taking.

Yard department with gate activities, equipment reconciliation reporting and equipment management, as needed

Support Customer Service department with systematic data entry

At least I year experience in Supply Chain or Logistics

You have a good working knowledge of MS Office products.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Verifies accuracy of inbound and outbound documentation.

Strong computer skills working with MS Office application and warehouse management system.

Assist with maintaining Electronic Quality Management Systems relating to document control, training programs, deviations, CAPA, and change control programs.

Support the internal and external audit program to monitor compliance with corporate and government requirements.

1+ years relevant work experience considered an asset.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills in a team environment

Able to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Excellent time management and problem solving skills/ must adhere to tight deadlines/respond quickly to situations/be able to effectively execute solutions

Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Software

2+ years of applicable experience in a Cleaning/ Service related field
