Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, development plans)
Accompany and advise managers on human resources best practices, whether in staffing, change management, labor relations, training or performance management
Act as ambassador of Equisoft’s employer brand by actively building and supporting the employee experience
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and ensure compliance with all employment and labor laws
Advise and support employees and managers in the application and interpretation of policies, procedures and legislations
