Previous experience supporting a Distribution Center or logistics environment
Thorough knowledge of provincial legislation including employment standards, human rights and privacy.
General knowledge of Health and Safety practices and legislation and how they fall within employment guidelines.

Overview A Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) is a professional who works with organizations to develop and implement strategies that support the organization’s human capital needs. The HCBP is responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to the organization’s leadership team on all aspects of human capital management, including recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Detailed Job Description The Human Capital Business Partner is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that support the organization’s business objectives. This includes developing and implementing recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and employee relations strategies. The HCBP will also be responsible for providing guidance and advice to the organization’s leadership team on all aspects of human capital management. The HCBP will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, compensation consultants, and benefits providers.
