Case consultation with advisors through partnership and education

5 years minimum experience working with advisors and distribution partners in the mid-large case market

Demonstrated industry qualifications such as CFP, CLU

Excellent communication and public speaking skills

Excellent influencing, training and coaching skills

In depth knowledge of Equitable products and competitor products

To work closely with the MD and Management Team through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefing materials for the MD

Excellent planning skills and strong communication skills

To provide support to the Managing Director (MD) in delivering overall strategic objectives.

To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner

To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the MD’s meetings and any other relevant meetings

To provide administrative support to the MD in implementing organisational projects

Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

6+ years relevant experience in the elevator industry preferred
