Contract Production Field Operator Jobs

Specific knowledge and experience in scheduling and cost process and issues related to pipeline and plant facility projects;

Familiarity with best management practices for project scheduling and cost control;

Minimum of 2 years of previous related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Defining Project Controls resource requirements for the project.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work with a reasonable level of supervision;

Computer skills using Microsoft Office products; specifically Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server;

Adhere to and promote HSE policies, goals, and management system

Oil and gas operating experience is preferred

Valid safety tickets (First Aid, CPR, TDG, WHMIS, and H2S certifications)

Post secondary education in Operations Management, Business or related field.

Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.

Develop Team Members through certification training and coaching, providing clear roles and consistent support and feedback for all employees.

5+ years of supervisory experience in a unionized, manufacturing environment.

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Provide oversight and decision making to support the Group Leader.
