Strong knowledge of Work Order Control procedures and required time management to work within CMMS Systems

Experience with subcontractor and vendor contract management

Able to use specialty hand tools, specialty diagnostic tools, and knowledge of maintenance shop practices with experience at the Journeyman level

Perform general maintenance tech duties as assigned by Site Operations Management team

Executing and optimizing operational responsibilities to ensure seamless delivery of services

Navigating in a dynamic and fast paced environment while balancing responsibilities of the role, providing oversight, and meet deliverables

Develop, execute and manage sales plans, sales budgets, and expense budgets.

Establish a linkage between the customer’s business strategy and Avient’s capabilities.

Participate in strategy development, help position the business and develop the offer. Assist in defining the target markets, and commercial strategy.

Manage strategic relationships, cultivate new alliances, and monitor competitive activity.

5-10 years sales experience preferably in the plastics, chemicals, materials industry.

Unique technologies that improve the recyclability of products and enable recycled content to be incorporated, thus advancing a more circular economy

Strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and creative problem solving abilities, business planning, influence management, and a hands-on approach to business.

A proven general manager skilled in growing and managing a sales and service organization.

Excellent written and oral communications skills, strong presentation skills and the ability to quickly adapt.

Experience in the Entrance Automation market (pedestrian doors, gate automation, overhead doors, high speed doors, etc.).

Experience in working internationally or exposure to working with an internationally-based parent company.

Experience in doing business in Canada a plus.

Bachelor Degree (Business Management, Food Science) or equivalent education/experience in food industry;

5 years experience in manufacturing management/supervision is preferred;

Manage and coordinate activities with supervisors and/or employees in production to maintain plant efficiencies and standards;

Responsible for unit compliance in all safety standards and quality regulations, policies, training requirements;

Knowledge of GFSI / BRC, SQF, GMP and other food safety standard including HACCP or similar food industry regulations;

Experience in Continuous Improvement environment (Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Six Sigma, etc.);

Minimum 15 years of related professional experience ideally with at least 5 years at a manager level

Contaminated Sites Management (CSM) Business Unit.

Manage risk (Technical, Financial and Health and Safety) of pursuits and projects

Assign and manage performance of Project Managers delivering projects

Manage and develop sales and account leaders
