Support or manage the execution of multi-divisional strategic projects that impact all aspects of our business.

Project manage key engagements with 3rd parties and internal resources to deliver and execute on the trading growth strategy.

Manages projects and initiatives effectively in a multidisciplinary and complex environment using project management principles and methods.

Collaborates with business support, strategic information, management staff, and medical leadership to assist in reviewing and interpreting statistical information.

Provides recommendations for policies and standards based on practice standards, regulatory requirements, provincial direction, solid research, and performance data.

Develops an awareness and familiarity with issues and events affecting health services.

Collects and reviews statistics of services provided to determine effectiveness, consistency, and quality of care/service provided.

Performs data analysis in support of measurement, monitoring, and planning for consistent quality standards across services.

Education, Experience and other Qualifying skills:

Experience working with databases a strong asset (e.g., Oracle). Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Lists).

Knowledge of the research funding landscape in Canada and Quebec as well of research administration in general.

Leading global initiatives to address gaps in client engagement strategy, capabilities, assets, or approaches on prioritized topics,

7-10 years’ experience in consulting and/or financial services industry

• Effective communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Lead and manage portfolio-level projects and initiatives on behalf of the Foundation.

• Initiate, maintain, track, communicate and manage ongoing and emergent issues and priorities.

• 3+ years of experience managing complex projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
