Sr Automation Coordinator Jobs

Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.

Good understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations and how they relate to subcontract management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.

Manages the bid/proposal evaluation and selection process by performing commercial evaluations/price analysis and incorporating technical evaluations.

Prepares subcontract document; and assures compliance with Government and Company requirements; Obtains appropriate approvals prior to issuance.

Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies, PMI certification an asset

Support stakeholder management with internal teams and external vendors,

Use PMI and Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions,

Extremely proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and experience with Monday.com or other project planning software

Desire to become a project manager and ideal if you have run a project independently

Working knowledge of agile framework, such as Scrum, or Kanban to deliver solutions

SAP, Hard Dollar, PowerBI, and Synchro knowledge will be an asset

Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills as well as the ability to work and manage time independently.

Manage external equipment integrators from equipment development through buyoff

5+ years of experience as a hands-on mechanical/manufacturing/design engineer working on mechanical and/or electromechanical systems.

Experience introducing new equipment and new processes into a production environment.

Knowledge of automated equipment systems and tools - robotic, vision, material handling, Conveyors, PLC, HMI, etc.

Experience of new equipment installations and new product startups.

Experience in Dart programming language and Flutter framework

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience deploying to publishing environments (TestFlight alpha/beta, App Store alpha/beta channels, App Store, Play Store)

Utilizing OOP concepts to implement and maintain clean, re-usable code using Dart and Flutter.

Envisioning features by building web UI, Android, and iOS applications with Flutter packages, plugins, and widgets

What You Need To Know

• Proven project management skills

• Knowledge of and experience with email automation technology, CDP or CRM system

• Experience using automation tools like Iterable, Looker, Other Levels, HTML builders, etc.

• Deep understanding and relevant experience with consumer psychology and behaviour

• Experience with Rudderstack and Braze considered an asset

• Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude.

Knowledge in quality office management procedures

Act as the point of contact for group Office Management teams in Europe

Purchasing and maintaining office supplies and small equipment in coordination with the facility & supply chain manager

Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks

Hands on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

7+ years of experience in QA and should have managed large QA Program (both testing and automation).

Should have experience in designing Robot Framework (keyword driven framework).

Hands on experience in automating web based API and database centric applications.

Experience in Agile Development processes and methodologies.

Experience in using Maven, Jenkins, GIT tools and test integration with tools like JIRA.

Must have 3+ years of QA testing exp. using Python/ROBOT framework.

Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.

3+ years progressive project coordination experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to work with and influence peers and management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).

Creates and maintains the project work back schedule to ensure all up-front tasks and activities are assigned and completed on time.

Directs project activities and monitors project costs to ensure the business is as profitable as possible.
