Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate current situation, respond quickly to changing requirements, and execute accordingly.
Work closely with traders/managers to provide appropriate escalation of issues then quickly resolve issues in the most efficient manner.
Prioritize orders according to contract deadlines and shipment requirements (Incoterm, packaging, weight restrictions, container size etc.)
Knowledge of export regulations, CAED/AES
Organizational Skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control).

Ensure the timely data entry of all submission documents into the Affiliate and global electronic data management systems.
Work with Global Labelling Management to develop, update and approve label artwork.
Working knowledge in the preparation, filing, and approval of various submission types with Health Canada, and basic negotiation and networking skills.
Support or manage regulatory activities such as special access program requests, access to information requests and establishment licencing activities.
Minimum of one to three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with Biologics, small molecules, medical devices, quality-related changes, and clinical trial applications are considered an asset.
