Experience conducting workplace investigations related to racism, discrimination and other complaints that fall under the BC Human Rights Code
Ability to manage a large caseload of investigations at different stages at one time
Demonstrated strong and respectful communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent conflict resolution, facilitation and/or mediation skills
Demonstrated ability to present Respectful Workplace Education online and in person
