Upstream Chemicals/Oil & Gas/Operating/Operations/Process/Fluid Separation/Asset Integrity experience

Education in Chemical Technology or Petroleum Technology

1-5 years in Oil & Gas sales experience

3 years of Chemical experience

Demonstrated relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Procurement (i.e.- Indirect- CAPEX- Ingredients- or Packaging)- Finance. Experience in process engineering a plus.

Demonstrated knowledge or experience in food or beverage manufacturing process.

Ability to interface with a wide variety of business situations and all levels of management- trade groups- conventions- etc.)

Conduct bid events- prepare bid analysis- make sourcing recommendations to strategic sourcing managers.

Works closely with Factories- Engineering- R&D- and broader procurement teams- while driving results and challenging internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work with incomplete data and drive conclusions and recommendations to senior management

Working knowledge of SAP Finance Modules.

Provide Upstream Finance community advice on technical accounting issues

A Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Finance discipline.

Previous experience in implementing financial controls.

Identify and implement preventative and detective controls on key financial processes

Participate in daily meetings and report findings to management.

Stress/Time Management and Conflict Resolution.

Train and ensure technical staff comply to GMP, HSE, and SOP requirements.

Participate in deviation investigations and root cause analysis.

Coordinate with units within department (MWS, Upstream and Downstream).

Perform production calculations, measurements, and release checks. Ensure each cleaning meets standards set in SOP, records, and in accordance with GMP.

Support the coordination and management of technology opportunities and the efforts of Company, IT and Contractors to meet objectives

Support the coordination and management of Projects and the efforts of Company and Contractors to meet project objectives

Coordinate Company review requirements (e.g. HAZOP, constructability, operability, and maintenance)

Strong communication skills, including interface with internal and external stakeholders and contractors

Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Previous petroleum industry experience is considered beneficial, but not essential
