Serve as the systems manager for MoxiWorks’ Pardot instance, including system processes and documentation

5+ years of experience in digital marketing / marketing operations

Experience designing and building email marketing programs that trigger action and convert leads to pipeline

Residential real estate industry and/or tech experience strongly preferred

Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Have proven customer service skills through work or community involvement

Have strong technical skills and the ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to our customers
