VFX Trainer Jobs

Knowledge of the philosophy, products and services offered by Hazelden and experience implementing Hazelden Publishing’s evidence-based curricula.

Board certification in addiction or addiction psychiatry

Experience in successful application for federal, state, and private funding for programming across settings.

Experience coordinating and guiding systems change.

Experience teaching in a post-secondary setting.

Provide consultation, training and systems change services for Hazelden Publishing’s strategic growth initiatives

Regularly update senior management to show status weekly

Strong technical knowledge and organizational skills

Experience in on-set 3d scanning, and texture photography

Excellent communication skills and an ability to take exact direction from the Director and translate to post VFX house

Maintain creative and technical relationship with clients, building and maintaining a strong client confidence

Effectively brainstorm and suggest shoot methodologies more friendly to VFX and the betterment of the project

Minimum of 3 years of resource management experience.

Previous experience in resource management

Identifying trends, forecasting, and planning schedules to be presented to management.

Work in collaboration with the People and Culture department to determine hiring needs, performance management and staff training needs.

Effectively communicating to management any active or potential issues.

Providing leaders with support regarding the management of project resources or the improvement of processes related to resource management.

Ability to develop and deliver programs for all levels of management and team members

Work with the executive team to build a training program to coach and mentor our managers in leadership and management techniques.

Implement training course modules as assigned for team members and management, including presentation and facilitation of training programs and activities.

Deep knowledge of instructional design methodologies, performance strategies, processes and standards

A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a teaching/training role

Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques

Experience in server patching, enterprise application monitoring, telephony systems, SQL, and cloud software strongly preferred

Industry certifications are highly desired (Microsoft Certified Professional, MCSA, CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA, VMWare, ITIL, etc)

Must be able to interface directly with users with a wide variety of technical skills in a professional manner.

Maintain, upgrade, build, and provide Tier 2 support for critical enterprise systems.

Ensure escalated Internal Support tickets are addressed promptly and effectively.
