They are responsible for managing the VFX team, ensuring that the effects are completed on time and within budget, and ensuring that the effects meet the director’s vision. To become an VFX Supervisor, you will need to have a strong understanding of the VFX process, a good eye for detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills. You will also need to have a good understanding of the latest VFX software and techniques. To gain the necessary skills and experience, you may need to complete a degree in a related field, such as animation or computer graphics, or gain experience working in the VFX industry. Once you have the necessary skills and experience, you can apply for VFX Supervisor positions.
