1-2 years of experience in an apparel production role

Strong knowledge of apparel production

Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Work cross functionally with our Design Team to help research/source trimming, fabric and manufacturing

Create Purchase Orders for new and repeat style orders and maintain internal record up to date

2-5 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry

Advanced knowledge of garment styles, fabrics and prints

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English)

Communicate with vendors on a daily basis

Verify that all order information is accurate (materials, prints, fits, etc)

Sort through, organize and send out samples

Experience using project management tools

Communicate with and schedule talent for in-house and remote video productions

Work closely with the Video Production Manager to ensure efficiency in the production pipeline

Help organize and upload video files in accordance with project briefs

Keep track of ongoing projects and help resolve any scheduling issues that may occur

Comfortable with professional communication over email

Keep the management team informed of accomplishments and ongoing issues; participate in achieving resolutions to identified issues

Oversee the manufacturing process and ensure that goods produced meet quality assurance and production delay requirements.

Review engineering specifications, help develop work instructions, and manage their impact on the manufacturing methods

Support team members through induction; ensure that they have the necessary knowledge to effectively perform as part of the team

A combination of an applicable academic background in Engineering and relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

Experience in the field of HVAC or electronic/mechanical manufacturing
