Assurer la propreté et la présentation soignée des zones d'accueil et des espaces extérieurs.

Assist manager with event day operations of parking lots, and traffic flow

Assist Manager with enforcement of employee parking program

Report traffic incidents in lots to manager

Assist Manager by gathering information to respond to guest inquires and investigate complaints/concerns

Working knowledge of parking best practices

Communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills required

Responsibilities will also include (but are not limited to):

Candidate must have proven exceptional guest service and communication skills

A good knowledge of Halifax and Nova Scotia.

Minimum Grade 12 education required

The Successful applicant will be responsible for welcoming and greeting guests to the hotel

Check-in and check-out assistance as required

Strong computer and smart phone skills.

Strong organization skills, dependable and reliable.

Supervise staff and lots in downtown Ottawa using company vehicle.

Fulfilling office administration duties for facility

Ensuring and maintaining solid business relationships

Responsible for answering customer inquiries.

Communicating with the Patrol Manager concerning any significant development affecting lots or the company as a whole

Deliver exceptional customer service experience, especially in difficult situations.

Educating the public when appropriate of the use of parking space and requirement for payment-

Other supervisory duties as assigned by the Patrol Manager

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Maintaining proper follow up with patroller assigned routes

Previous experience in the hospitality industry, such as food and beverage or hotel services, is considered an asset.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.

Welcome guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor upon their arrival.

Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated parking areas.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.

Maintain an organized parking area, prioritizing the safety of vehicles and pedestrians.

Strong time-management skills and a proven track record of delivering quality results, with attention to details.

Preparing reports; distributing uniforms; coaching and training on proper processes/protocols and promptly reporting any disciplinary concerns to management.

Assist Manager in planning and preparing staffing needs based on operational requirements as requested

Schedule: Flexible schedule is essential. Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Attend to all guests entering and exiting the lobby, promptly and professionally.

Other duties as assigned by manager.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Citrix based applications
