Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role

Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus

Understand product specifications and user psychology

Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback

Create personas through user research and data

5+ years in a User Experience, Information Architecture, or Interaction Design role

Experience leading UX workshops using customer co-creation and design thinking approaches

Experience building interface designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite

Experience in working with distributed, multinational teams

Experience working with front-end web technologies (HTML , CSS, Javascript frameworks and libraries)

Experience designing ERP, CRM, BPM, or legal technology solutions

Strong UX/UI visual design prototyping and production skills, with expert proficiency in Figma (or comparable tools like Sketch or Adobe XD)

Experience with Design Systems and Component Libraries like Ant Design, Material UI
