Tutor Operations Manager Jobs

Ensure any tutor training or other tutor management documentation is regularly reviewed and maintained

Minimum of 5 years teaching experience (virtual teaching experience preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience supervising teachers in an academic setting

Customer focused approach, with excellent communication skills, both oral and written·

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment

Collaborate with the customer support team to handle any arising tutors tech issues logged via the dedicated tutor feedback mechanisms.
