Transportation Service Representative Jobs

Order-Entry using Transportation Management System (TMW Truckmate)

Coordinate with shippers and consignees to meet all client’s requirements

Manage Client Portals with timely updates to keep our clients informed of shipment status

Work with the Finance Department to ensure the billing cycle can be completed

Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service from industries such as FedEx, Amazon, Purolator. (asset)

Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve all issues.

Proficiency in data management, data analysis programming, geospatial analysis, quantitative analysis, ridership forecasting, and service cost estimation

Work to ensure alignment of plans with transit policies, factoring in impacts, costs, benefits, and other considerations in a timely manner

Minimum four (4) years’ experience in transportation planning and analysis in rail and bus operations and scheduling

Knowledge of the theory, principles, and practices of transit planning and service delivery

Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Experience with geospatial tools (ArcGIS) are an asset

Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, judgement and decision making skills are required

Current DynaLIFE Transportation Service Representative experience is an asset
