Knowledge of the Capital Budget and Development Charge process

Strong financial acumen with experience controlling budgets, preparing cost estimates and expenditures for capital works projects

Lean Six Sigma certification and project management skills are desired, but not required

15+ years Management experience (5+ in a senior role) in 3PLTransportation field; experience with an asset-based carrier is desirable

Oversees the management of carriers and clients, participating in both client and carrier MBR and/or QBR as required

Leads key strategic performance objectives related to carrier management activities and communicates them to internal partners

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or Logistics Management or Transport Operations.

Ability to lead RFP projects related to carrier management activities both as a client and as a provider.

Experience in collecting data from the field and knowledge of analysis methodologies.

Ability to establish strong and effective working relationships with senior management, and other stakeholders.

Extensive experience in transportation construction, maintenance or planning;

Other Certification such as PMP/CAPM/CAMA/ISO55001;

Excellent verbal and written communications skills;

Excellent research, analytical and problem solving skills;
