Support the Manager by coordinating and/or drafting award nominations or supporting recognition/engagement activities.

Maintain an invoice tracking spreadsheet and notify Manager Health Projects of outstanding balances.

Business Degree is an asset. Consideration may be given to those with a Business Diploma and/or considerable relevant experience.

1+ years’ of similar experience in a post-secondary environment is an asset.

Five years of related stakeholder management and business/change readiness experience

A post-secondary education (business, marketing, sales is preferred) or a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and related experience

Strong organization skills; understanding of key milestones and decision points to move projects forward

Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)

Support business readiness deliverables for successful rollouts

Support project documentation, maintaining project schedules, developing and delivering communication to key stakeholders and vendors

Minimum of two years of experience in strategic communications, with experience in issues management and media relations

Provide strategic communication and issues management advice as it relates to projects, developing and implementing plans and tactics where required

Contribute to organizational knowledge of best practices in public engagement and communications

Minimum of four to six years of experience developing and implementing public engagement and consultation strategies in support of complex projects

Superior written and verbal communication skills; command of the French language would be an asset

Demonstrable experience and competency in best practice communication and engagement planning

Experience providing advice and options to management would be an asset.

Experience working and analyzing complex land management issues would be an asset.

Degree in natural resource management, planning, public administration, law, or a related field

Experience researching and analyzing complex issues.

Experience advising, negotiating and consulting with governments, organizations or industry.

Have excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
