Experience applying information mapping concepts to instructor-led training design

Draft course materials, including (but not limited to) scenario overviews, scenarios, tutoring/intervention, course introductions and conclusions, question-and-answers.

Review courses for content errors and to ensure that all images and graphics accurately represent course content.

Analyze data and develop detailed Teaching Points analysis.

Experience with, or a strong understanding of, adult learning principles and tactics, and working knowledge of change management concepts

Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances skill development and knowledge retention

Design, develop and manage learning assets that meet specific learning standards, methodologies, and practices

Collaborate with managers, subject matter experts and external partners, to edit and curate existing training materials

Manage the work assignment schedule and ensure that key stakeholders and partners are proactively advised of any issues, tasks, and changes

3-year minimum experience in a similar position

-Minimum 8 years experience developing content for exhibitions

Required Experience:Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized educational facility

Post educational certifications related to adult learning, instructional design, facilitation and teaching

In depth experience (hands-on-keyboard designing training content)

Experience in the assessment of initiatives in adult learning

Experience in training planning, logistics and delivery

Stronginfluencing\negotiating skills to assist all parties affected by the change initiative

Stay up-to-date on new and existing content tools and technology trends impacting fleet management, customer service, and the automotive sector

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications (not required) or equivalent work experience

2-3 years’ experience developing a variety of content (e.g. written content, infographics, webinars, social media posts, videos)

Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills with attention to detail (note: work samples are required at the interview stage)

Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with WordPress, HTML, CSS, InDesign

Strong knowledge of content marketing principles, social media and digital marketing strategies, best practices, and analysis

You have experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)

You have excellent project management skills

Partnering with business and project teams (project managers, SME’s and BA's) to assess requirements and determine learning objectives and content

Developingmulti-medium learning offerings to best suit the needs of our retail audiences and enable scalability (E-learning, face-to-face learning, etc.)

You have a Bachelor’sdegree in education, organizational behaviour, human resources or a related field

You have 3+ years’ experience in corporate training and training design in the retail industry

Maintain documentation of work and records to support ODEN’s outcomes measurement and compliance requirements for funders, grants and contractual obligations

5+ years of relevant experience in the field of instructional design, curriculum development, and training and development

Demonstrated strong writing and training content development skills, with focused attention to details

Demonstrated experience in the application of adult learning and blended learning principles

Strong advisor/partnering skills to work effectively with peers, subject matter experts, and other business partners

Strong professional communication and presentation skills

Security experience, such as security analysis, incident response, or threat hunting

Experience with common detection appliances such as NDRs, EDRs, SIEM

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills

Experience with developing SOAR playbooks and workflows

Design and build new enrichment rules and scripts to add content and prioritize alerts or other cyber threat information

Stay informed of the latest industry trends regarding content creation and management.

Attend and support workshops on content creation and content management.

Familiarity with industry standards for BIM content & data management is a plus.

Aptitude toward technology, analytical problem-solving skills and enjoys taking on complex problems.

Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Strong oral and written interpersonal communication skills.
