QA / QC Test Lead (Remote/Hybrid)

• 10+ years of experience as a QA Analyst required

• 5+ years working as an Automation Tester- Using SOA test (with manual testing experience as well)

• 3+ years of hands-on experience providing reports on test executions and test automation status.

• 3+ years of experience testing within an Agile lab environment within Canadian Banking or FI institutions.

• 2+ years of experience as a Test Lead

• Maintain and automate test data management strategy for test automation.

• 8+ years of experience as a QA Analyst required

• 5+ years working as an Automation Tester- Using SOA test (with manual testing experience as well)

• 3+ years of hands-on experience providing reports on test executions and test automation status.

• 3+ years of experience testing within an Agile lab environment within Canadian Banking or FI institutions.

• 2+ years of experience with using JIRA

Create, execute, and manage test plans, including both automated and manual tests, finding creative ways to validate the full software stack

Proven experience in QA or Test role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication of expected system functionality and test results

Strong programming skills (C++, Python, or similar)

Experience developing & testing for Windows, Linux x86, ARM, and using Docker

Excellent knowledge of GitHub workflows, templates, runners.

Extensive knowledge of payment industry standards such as ISO8583, EMV, PCI

Experience utilizing payment related test tools such as Paragon ATM simulator, ADVT, MTIP, transaction simulators.

Excellent knowledge of SQL statements, with DB2 knowledge considered an asset.

Extensive experience following testing processes and methodologies in a QA role.

Extensive experience with formal testing methodology and software failure analysis.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and fault isolation skills.

Paragon tool knowledge (must have)

ATM / Payment testing experience (must have)

3+ years as Lead experience

DB2 or Database knowledge (preferred)

Logical thinker and problem solver

• 1 to 3 years of Prior Knowledge regarding Wealth Management products (different investments/accounts)

• 8+ years experience as a Test Analyst

• 1 to 3 years of Salesforce experience

• Prior Estate Administration knowledge

• Strong communication skills – must be able to explain things clearly to project team members

• Strong diagnostic, analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop test plans.

Need a lead (possibly 9/10 years of experience) with strong API automation (REST) experience

Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks for API testing.

Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for API testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

Execute test scripts and analyze test results to identify and report software defects and issues.

5 + years of relevant experience as Test Coordinator or lead in a large organization

Experience working in waterfall and agile methodologies.

Contribute to the knowledge transfer to application support and project closure report in terms of known deficiencies.

5 + years of relevant experience as Test Coordinator

Proficient in Functional, System Integration (SIT), Regression, User Acceptance, Smoke testing and Live testing

Well versed in the use of X-Ray in Jira as a testing and defect triage tool.

Support and enhance existing automated testing framework, and leveraging QA software products and tools for requirements, test case and defect management.

Create and manage defects lifecycle.

5+ years’ experience as a QA/QC Lead

2+ years’ experience with PAM application (Centrify PAS, CyberArk or similar), Identity Federation, Service Now, VPN, MFA

5+ years’ combined experience with SDLC and STLC and their implementation methodologies

2+ years’ experience with Active Directory Organizational Units, Groups and User Attributes.

Contribute to the knowledge transfer to application support and project closure report in terms of known deficiencies.

University degree, 5 + years of relevant experience as Test Coordinator or lead in a large organization

Experience working in waterfall and agile methodologies.

Well versed in the use of X-Ray in Jira as a testing and defect triage tool

Participate in daily standups to escalate/resolve issues/bugs

Provide weekly status report on overall testing progress.
