Work hand in hand with all regional territory managers and fill your weekly schedule with vehicle inspection volume

Automotive knowledge a huge plus

Vision abilities include close, distance, colour and depth perception

Excellent reading / writing skills as well as the ability to make sound decisions and exercise common sense

Visit dealerships to capture vehicle information & photos for upcoming EBlock auctions

Build, enhance, and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and increase volume of vehicle inspections

Minimum annual salary $90K CAD, commensurate upon skills and experience.

Support General Manager in various capacities from time to time. Keep General Manager apprised of open issues and special projects.

Assist Account Managers with troubleshooting process deficiencies and helping to develop corrective action plans.

Assist Account Managers as needed with financial issues relating to purchase orders, quotations, contract delivery, process trials etc…

When required, backfill absent Account Managers (vacation, sick day, etc…)

Ensure Health and Safety programs in all accounts are being conducted and managed as intended.

Proficient using Project Management software (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc.)

Organize and streamline service offerings to our agents and brokers

Research trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorm/share ideas with the Regional Marketing Manager, Eastern Canada

Manage pre- and post-production, ensuring high-quality printing/production and timely delivery of all marketing materials

Communicate and reinforce brand requirements to agents while maintaining the highest level of client service

Maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues, as well as agent and client experience
