Post-secondary education, preferably in business, transportation, logistics management is considered an asset.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate current situation, respond quickly to changing requirements, and execute accordingly.
Work closely with traders/managers to provide appropriate escalation of issues then quickly resolve issues in the most efficient manner.
Prioritize orders according to contract deadlines and shipment requirements (Incoterm, packaging, weight restrictions, container size etc.)
Knowledge of export regulations, CAED/AES
Organizational Skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control).
