Technology Architecture Manager Jobs

In-depth knowledge of Agile Project or Product Management experience in a technology-focused role

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or formal Application Lifecycle Management

Develop in depth knowledge of the user base and how technology products are used daily by the business

Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on feedback from the product steering committee and technology leadership

Experience working in a highly complex matrix organization with enterprise level prioritization methodologies

Critical decision-making skills in order to recommend or make critical decisions to ensure delivery of value

7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture

Diverse commercial experience including Industrial, office, healthcare and/or retail project experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma

Thorough knowledge of building codes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

Degree/diploma or equivalent experience in business administration, technology, audit / risk management, marketing, or finance

5+ Years of Process Architecture or process management experience

8+ Years of experience working with Business Process Management, Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and Risk Management groups

Experience in the development of Process Management frameworks, taxonomies, models, and hierarchies.

Experience in deploying process inventory and establishing relationships with business capabilities, applications, and data assets using Enterprise Architecture tools

Design, own, and evolve the CAAT Process Management framework, taxonomy, hierarchy and relationships

·Demonstrated project management skills in an Information Systems environment including vendor and contract management experience.

·Knowledge and experience in architectural standards and best practices (TOGAF).

·Knowledge and experience in Business Analysis best practices and processes (BABOK, IIBA).

·Manage the development and implementation of solution architecture and business systems analysis practices for MBLL.

·Develop and implement plans in researching new technologies that benefit MBLL.

·Assist in developing business cases and cost/benefit analysis for IT spending and initiatives.
