Strong computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is required, JIRA software experience would be an asset
Review and set up new applications for underwriters’ review and order and follow up on underwriting requirements
Follow compliance regulations by obtaining the necessary requirements
One to two years' experience in an administrative or customer service capacity in an office environment is required
Provide exceptional customer service to brokers on their new business applications
Act as a liaison between the underwriter and the broker

- Other data entry experience obtained in the financial services industry will be considered
- Data entry of all treaty and facultative renewals and new business
- Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance, including the basic types of primary policies, treaty types and formats
- Advanced Excel knowledge and general ease working with other software as required
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others in a small team
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
