Technical Support Specialist – Hamilton Jobs

Chef training or culinary management certificate or diploma from a program that meets the requirements of the OLTCH Act, or 

Certificate of qualification as a Cook issued by an authority meeting the requirements of the OLTCH Act, or 

Post-secondary diploma in food and nutrition management or a post-secondary degree in food and nutrition

Monitor's quality and quantity of food supplies ordered, proper operation of kitchen equipment and alerts Manager of problems. Recommends corrective action. 

Experience in institutional large quantity cooking preferred

Skilled in a computerized environment;

Knowledge of industrial parts is an asset;

Respond to the workshop technicians’ requests for parts;

Process and prepare the necessary parts for repairs;

Place supplier orders for parts and other bulk products;

Good priority and time management;

Manage the purchase of diagnostic and chiseling tools;

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction equipment mechanic;

Very good knowledge in electrical, electronic and hydraulic mechanics;

Technical knowledge of our machines, such as Merlo, Skytrak and Snorkel;

Participate and develop technical training programs;
