Technical Spend Analytics Analyst Jobs

Create, assemble and edit presentations for managers and senior management;

Work closely with Asset Managers to help facilitate decision making;

Consolidate and analyze financial data for reporting and operational metrics tracking;

Assist in the preparation of weekly reporting and requested ad-hoc reports;

Assist in completing value add portfolio level analysis to identify key operational trends, areas of improvement, and other actionable intelligence;

Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports, and annual budget presentations;

Familiarity with contact history management/strategies, customer lifecycle and privacy requirements;

An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Knowledge in the areas of business analysis, business intelligence reporting, web/digital analytics and/or database marketing;

Collaborates with Enterprise Data Warehouse team and other members of the BCLC's Business Technology teams to support integrated data solutions.

A degree in a business discipline such as Business Analytics, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Analysis or Statistics;

Interviewing the end-user, employees, management, and other stakeholders to understand areas of weakness and develop a mechanism to address the challenges.

Improving the user experience of the end-users when installing new systems, processes, or applications.

Extensive experience in technical business analysis.

Solid knowledge of relevant technology concepts (i.e., client-server, mainframe)

Analyze and improve the performance of customer portals and other online systems.

Monitoring and maintaining the product licenses to ensure compliance with the law and general regulations in the industry.
