Technical Specialist – Hardware Application Design Jobs

Computer literate with knowledge of CAD tools (Microstation, AutoCad), Bills of Materials, (SAP), Configuration Management, Clearquest, and Microsoft Office suite.

Produce application designs and equipment designs that meet requirements utilizing processes based on established engineering principles.

Responsible for Interpreting and writing requirements.

Must have 10 – 12 years related work experience

Knowledge of Chorus process is an asset.

Responsible for demonstrating an advanced level of logical reasoning resulting in effective hardware application designs, products and processes.

Qualifications - you'll have recently completed an appropriate tertiary qualification or relevant certification.

Support our North America clients with product queries relating to our people management software.

Communication: you'll have excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of clients.

Technical skills: you'll be familiar with relational databases, and data analysing for business/accounting issues.

Conveys customer feedback to product development staff. Possesses thorough knowledge of company’s products used by customers. Operates under moderate supervision.

Knowledge of product development or manufacturing

Linux / Bash Experience including SSH and command line tools

Working knowledge of git and Azure Dev Ops

High level of oral and written communication skills required for report writing and design justification

Well-developed writing skills to prepare effective reports, documents, etc. in a clear and concise format
