Basic skills & desired properties:

Most suitable candidates will possess a degree in Documentation or in Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Certified ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Professional; or working towards the same

Manage renewal of server certificates;

5+ years of dynamic experience in renewable commercial operations and/or management of portfolio of assets

Act as Contract Owner for all revenue agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements, and support major service contracts ($1M+)

Effective preparation and representation at Co-owners and Management Committee meetings

A University degree and/or related experience in finance, business, engineering

Exceptional communication and partner skills – both written and verbal to internal and external audiences.

Proven leadership skills in promoting team work, gap analysis and solutions delivery.

Portfolio Specialist – Multi-Asset Management

Champion all opportunities to enhance product knowledge and expertise with advisors

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

Create and conduct advisor appreciation events and recognition.

Experience in the development and execution of Organizational Change Management, training, and knowledge transfer plans is an asset.

Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of asset management systems.

Familiarity and knowledge of industry best practises and governing standards pertaining to asset management systems.

Support Operations & Maintenance projects with the design, development, implementation, and execution of Asset Management programs, processes, and plans.

Serve as an asset and maintenance management support resource to Transportation Operations projects, as well as other SNC projects, as necessary.

Draft and issue documentation associated with asset management systems.

5-7 years of previous experience in a finance, accountancy or investment fund management role;

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration and/or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Relevant experience in the Wealth Management industry is a definite asset.
