7+ years of experience working with concrete construction

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant qualification.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good planning and organizational skills.

Further Responsibilities Include the Following:

Quality control testing at in-house laboratory of manufactured products

Management skills, with hands-on experience running small to mid sized teams in a rapid-growth environment

Manage a fast growing team of engineers focused on troubleshooting production systems

Strong background in one or more of the following (ideally with some experience in the rest)

Networking knowledge, including firewalls and load balancers

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting process, with significant experience troubleshooting end-to-end technical issues in production environments

Management skills, with hands-on experience running small to mid sized teams in a rapid-growth environment

Manage a fast growing team of engineers focused on troubleshooting production systems

Provide tier 1-2 administrative and technical support for Customer Experience solutions- CcaaS, CRM, Knowledge Base.

Prepare management reports and metrics as required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering OR related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years)

3+ years of experience in IT Technical Support, Network Administration, and/or engineering related fields

Conducting all measuring, transfer and management of all IRI data

Abide by Certification of Recognition (COR) / safety documents in compliance with all safety guidelines, pertinent to the work performed

Overlooking measurements to insure accuracy and completeness; data entry and review

Ensuring and unbiased testing environment in compliance with the quality manual and other regulatory requirements

Strong background of mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to effectively organize workload and manage time to meet deadlines
