A minimum of 5 years relevant clinical education experience, preferably in an academic health science centre

Leadership, mentorship, management and organizational

Engages other Technology partners (Release Management, Risk Management, TS Operations, etc) to manage technical requirements and standards.

Experience working autonomously in a management role and can collaborate effectively with others to establish and execute on common goal

Lead and manage technical teams in order to deliver projects meeting agreed timescales, budgetary and quality requirements.

Oversee and report on project status, manage project team resources and assignments, ensure project milestones are met and up to standard.

Ensure all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

2 years of prior marketing/project/communications management experience.

2 years of prior management/leadership experience.

Marketing/Analytical skills to include accessing and interpreting IRI/AC Nielson data, post-promotion analysis and category management.

Work cooperatively with manager and peers in adhering to ADW’s business goals, development and account management protocols.

Management of Demo and Endcap monies or other marketing opportunities, activity and analyses for best results.

Responsible for overseeing Supervisors, Cell Leaders, Process Technicians and Associates to ensure safety, quality and productivity.

Working closely with the Marketing Intelligence Manager to set up a formal prospect-focused ABM program which includes:

Strategy to reach out to the accounts (working closely with the Sr Marketing Communications Manager)

Working with the Sr Marketing Communications Manager to have all branded material created and ensuring all materials distributed are brand approved.

Maintains proficiency in Data Management systems and processes through regular training.

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred, or RN. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree or RN, equivalent related education and experience.
